Paralyzed from the shoulders down. He rebuilt anyway.

In May 2009, Scott broke his neck in a dirt bike accident and was paralyzed from the shoulders down. Nine months after the accident, Scott walked from his wheelchair to the bar at his restaurant's grand opening, defying his doctors' expectations.

The Story

He negotiated a restaurant lease from a hospital bed.

During 81 days in the hospital, Scott negotiated a restaurant lease, raised capital, and designed his first restaurant while undergoing intensive physical therapy. Scott went on to serve as President and CEO of Titan Brands Hospitality Group, designing, opening, and operating multiple restaurants and nightclubs across Nevada, Arizona, and New York — including Hussong's Cantina.
